Friendly staff and good selection, but don’t bother going there unless you are a local and want to finance the car. The two cars we were interested in were available until we said we’d pay cash for one. My impression is they would rather get a bonus for financing since they later said they were unofficially holding the vehicles for people who couldn’t get financing on their own yet.
Booked Toyota rav4 prime about 2 yrs ago. Still waiting. before getting deposit they said you will get in 3 months,. When prices went up they say take your deposit. I never thought Toyota dealership will have morality issues. Never respond back even but always say Dan will call you.

Don’t ever buy a car from here. The sale tactics are complete xxxxxxxx. Jake Hammersley offered to give $1000 to make things right as long as I give them a 10 out of 10 review with Toyota Canada. That was the most disgusting thing I had ever heard. I wonder how many of the good reviews on here are paid for.
I had called this dealership earlier in the week to see if they had any Tacomas for sale. No nothing. Then they call a few days later about a brand new tacoma available. Customer cancelled the order he said. My lucky day he said. Truck is offered at 15K more than it was ordered for. Okay, supply issues, hard to find. I made contact with this dealership via the internet on Oct. 2/22. I received an acknowledgment from a sales associate named Bobby. His text message was very courteous and he asked me when I would like to test drive a Venza. I told him after Thanksgiving and messaged him on October 12th that my husband & I would like to come in at 5:00 PM and take the Venza for a test drive. I wanted to purchase a used car with cash. They told me they only finance or in house lease. Anyone who goes this route is being ripped off. I will not even look at this dealer again.
Forced me to trade a car to get a new one and then low balled me by $10k less then what I have been offered by other 2 Toyota Dealership and then top of it you have to finance. Thieves in professional suits.
I would suggest not to deal with this dealership. I wanted to buy a new Tacoma that is currently on their lot and they will not sell it to me as I do not have a trade in. This is something I though I would never see from Toyota. I will be taking this up with the BBB, Toyota Canada and the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC.
This review is not only for Langley Toyota but for Toyota Canada. There is Technical Services Bulletin for a known problem with the BSM modules failing. If you are unfortunate enough to be past the 3 year factor warranty, the fix will cost you over $2000. Toyota quality and service is overrated. I am brand loyal but will not be purchasing a Toyota as my next vehicle. We are a family of Toyota drivers (4 vehicles) and none of us will buy Toyota again.
