Absolute terrible service, they make tons of promises that they never honor. Then if you call to get a hold of then they just don't respond.
Sales guy was very rude and used humiliating language and gestures. Can’t imagine if someone in his right mind can behave like this. Must be intoxicated or something
I wouldn’t even give a one star rating. Horribly dissatisfied with the lack of customer care. Walked into the dealership to deal on a vehicle I had agreed on over email - not one person greeted us when we walked to customer service. Stood around. Finance department was great but that was all. Will never return.
Bought new hybrid Highlander yesterday. Was supposed to have all the accessories which I ordered when I booked the vehicle in July 2021. Dealership didn’t communicate when scheduling appointments for pick up that all the accessories are not done. Sales manager didn’t have any solutions for the issue. When I asked to reach out to his boss the answer was that I can’t see his boss. I picked up my car but was not happy with the service I got.
Very disappointed in Langley Toyota. Been dealing with them for years, although I live in White Rock, and until now have found them to be reliable and providing excellent service. I am 75 and disabled. I rely on my car to get around as I am only able to walk short distances. I had a flat tire a few weeks ago, which they repaired. Came in for a service and a comlkajnt about a window trim sticking and binding with the window.. Waited 2.5 hours and was informed by service personnel the technician found no issue with the window nor the window trim. I left the dealership and on my home had the same window trim issue, same squeking and binding with the lowering glass.. If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE overall experience. I was looking to switch from a truck to a car for better gas mileage. I am from the interior of BC so I arranged to sell the truck in Langley and then found a car which looked mint in the pictures portrayed online. Very poor service and misleading information from sales rep Pav Boparai. He lied to me right from the start. On August 11, 2021 I spoke with him on getting a RAV 4 limited in grey colour. He told me that will cost $50,500 because the cars are selling fast. There was no discount. He asked for $500.00 deposit and I gave him my CC number. Next day he told me that RAV 4 in grey colour is not available but he could get me a silver colour. I told him no thanks we are looking for grey colour.
