Victor was very helpful in facilitating my purchase of a 2013 Hybrid Highlander Limited. I had been researching this model for 2 years and this was the car that I wanted. Subject to inspection, we agreed to a price and Langley toyota honoured that price even though my trade-in Sienna looked a little rough. Everyone was very kind and courteous on the phone as well as in person when we went to pick up our vehicle. The service person explained everything really well and was very good at explaining what had gone wrong with the vehicle.
A few years ago my wife had a 2000 Nissan and I had/have a Tundra.. anyhow we would take them to the respective dealerships for a simple oil change servicing. My truck would come out costing $75.00 OR THERE ABOUTS WHERE AS THE WIFES CAR WOULD COME OUT ANYWHERE BETWEEN 4 AND 500 dollars because they would in my opinion "find" things wrong that needed to be changed. My issue did not happen at the dealership. They did not charge me and made other suggestions to try and recreate my issue. Great service.
Toyota Town always does an excellent job . Always on time and always very polite . I won’t take my car anywhere else . Great place to get your car service done !
Great customer service, straight forward information and cost breakdown was transparent. I appreciated the service rep noticed I was on a call when he approached me and simply said I could come when I was ready. Great overall experience!
