"Excellent service department " My wife brought in our 2010 Lexus Rx 350 for a service issue with out an appointment on a very busy day and they were able to fit her in.They had diagnosed the problem within an hour.The repair couldn't be done that day so they gave her a rental (Lexus es 350)nice! We were a few thousand kms outside of our warranty so the repair was not covered(approx.$1300+tax). I was not happy because this was a part that should last the life of the vehicle. Great Experience at Ken Shaw Lexus, I recently bought a 2011 ES 350 Truffle on Parchment from Ken Shaw Lexus. My sales rep (Michele Cormier), was very knowledgeable about the car, however more importantly, very courteous and did not use pressure tactics to sell me.
