Great service! This is our third time working with Raymond. He is always courteous and easy to deal with. Raymond goes above and beyond his duties to see that we are happy. The dealership is also fantastic. Whenever we bring our cars back for service the people are very friendly and non patronizing.

Excellet, efficient service at a fair price Took my Lexus to Ken Shaw Lexus for a new battery and oil change. All done in one hour. Service was exceptional, friendly, courteous staff make it a VIP experience. Price was very reasonable and competitive with other places. Waiting lounge stocked with beverages, free wifi and comfy seats. Free car wash at the end was the cherry on top! Thank you Ken Shaw Lexus

great deals in least amount of time ( i got 2 Lexus ) It was not possible to lease two Lexus with my budget unless with the great help and advice of Ken shaw sales manager. I am very happy and thanks to ken shaw Lexus to made it happen for me.
