don’t hav zero star option. . Michael advertised a vehicle on FB Marketplace, when I contacted him, he asked me if I had any luxury vehicle before and asked me to send drivers license, which I sent. he asked me to come to dealership to see it in person, I reached there within 45 minutes, once I reached there he said sorry it’s sold. Why would you waste someone’s time, ask your manager before calling clients to your dealership. I am sharing my experience publicly now as I have exhausted all formal channels without resolution, despite all my good faith efforts. If only I had seen the many other negative reviews before — several customers experienced similar issues, but mine was the most extreme case of abuse of trust and power. The business is not even accredited by the BBB and has already complaints left unaswered. Fix your cars before selling new ones! Here your lemon 🍋 Before you consider buying from Ken Shaw Lexus, my NX300 F Sport most of the warning lights lit up including check engine for no reason, the car still under 100,000km. They claim two pistons and other parts need replacing despite regular service and premium gas I have. Luckily it will be fix under warranty. Their customer service beyond ridiculous and it seems nobody in charge. I can’t even get a loaner car.

I have had the worst experience at this dealer. I walk in and try to purchase an RX500 that they had available prior. I had spoken with a sales person on the phone and told me I was able to purchase it. I drive all the way from Ottawa to Toronto to put a deposit and start all the paper work. I get there greeted me with respect and coffee. Then the sales person go speaks to the manager and the manager by the name of Christopher Aloisi was the rudest person I have ever meet in my entire life. They charged me full price for half the work. My first and last experience at Ken Shaw Lexus. I decided to take my Lexus to a Lexus dealership for a 4 wheel alignment. So I bring my car to the dealership on a Saturday morning for my appointment. As I wait over an hour before being called to tell me the car was ready. I walk over to the service desk and ask to see my results of the alignment. Poor service and lack of professionalism. Visited the Ken Shaw Lexus Service Department on Oct 27, 2018, beside giving me wrong quotes multiple times and each time he was blaming his coworkers for his mistake and never accepted responsibility for his own errors.

Deplorable experience I was a loyal customer until my last visit when I encountered sales associate Betty Yang. She was from the start extremely rude and uninformed about any of the details of any car. She was unwilling to answer questions or even show the cars I was interested in. Any question asked was met with an attitude and ignorance regarding the vehicles. I am a physician and am accustomed to helping others and expect the same. Worst experience ever One of my worst experiences with a car dealer. Gave me a great deal over the phone on a new CT200h. From ottawa so I couldnt see the car but since it was new i wasnt expecting it to be a problem. Emailed the salesperson (Mark) several times to make sure the car was fine and he replied all was well. Flew in with my wife to pick up the car and when I inspected the car I found two small dents on the door.
