Always excellent service I have been a customer of this dealership for more years than I care to remember and have always, and without exception, received nothing but the best of service. On one occasion, I leased a vehicle from another dealership, another brand, and was so disgusted by the service experience at that dealership that I went back to Ken Shaw Lexus. Excellent service throughout this dealership from new car ac I've been dealing with Ken Shaw Lexus/Toyota for thirty years. I've bought three Toyota's and two Lexus vehicles there. Their service is excellent. I kept my first Lexus ES 300, a 1999 model for fifteen years and they always treated me like it was a brand new model. Impressive Professional Client Service in Leasing Raymond's professionalism, attention to detail and sincere willingness to assist me in finding the best vehicle and lease to suit my needs was impressive.
