A Class Organization My experience with Ken Shaw has always been a positive one. What's so nice is to see the same faces over the past 8yrs. This alone says a lot about an organization. From speaking with Wiesia to make an appt. and then Yolano or Sandy to help with the service has always been a pleasurable experience. Always accomadating, friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience! I recently acquired a Lexus from Ken Shaw and my experience from purchasing to delivery was awesome. A special mention for Michele Cormier, Sales Consultant, I dealt with. Have dealt with Ken Shaw Lexus for 30+ years. The Have dealt with Ken Shaw Lexus for 30+ years. The service is personable and professional. Customers count. Employee turnover is low. This says a lot about a place to work. Customer lounge/restaurant is a bonus. Complimentary Massey Hall performance/reception was a delight. New vehicle purchase was well priced- no haggle.
