I pre-arranged a lease buyout at Ken Shaw. When I arrived at the dealership, none of the paperwork was ready and I had a 2.5 hour wait. The sales rep, Anthony GRELLETTE, was very impersonal and bordered on being rude....He didn't offer any apologies for the wait or even a cup of coffee. I felt like an imposition. I will never deal with Ken Shaw again and will return to either Heffner Lexus or North west Lexus.
This service department doesn't care about car safety and blames me, the customer, to not tell them what to do when my car is in service. Here is what happened... I took my car in for service once a car at Ken Shaw and guess what, my rotors are broken now and they said that they never inspected my brakes during service because I never told them to.
