Tire Change Available when I need. Very pleasant employees to deal with. Nice lounge to wait in. Work completed when promised. The complementary car wash even included the rubber mats.

Honest and friendly service Over the past 60+ years I have dealt with about two dozen dealerships of many car makers and have never enjoyed the friendly and honest treatment I received at Ken Shaw Lexus. The was no up selling and no B.S. and all my questions in person, email and phone call were immediately addressed. Thanks to Raymond Kan and Rick Walter. Their meetings were enjoyable. I would recommend Ken Shaw Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus/Toyota.

Knowledgeable and excellent service from Mark Aquilla I was shopping for a new Lexus 350 F-Sport. Mark's knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding in all respects. He fully understood the changes to the new version and answered every question I had (and I had lots) without needing to look it up. He managed my expectations very well. All good We've been dealing with Ken Shaw Lexus for many years and have had nothing but good experiences. Service department is simply the best and the whole place overflows with professionalism. After some iffy experiences elsewhere, we are staying with the Shaw team.

In and out in half an hour. Ken Shaw Lexus has provided scheduled maintenance for our RX450h since our purchase in 2009. On this occasion service was required for the vehicles rear lighting. It was early evening yet the dealership serviced the car immediately and the lighting issue was resolved within half an hour. As usual staff were friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our brief stay in the lounge.
