Great Experience I purchased a second Certified Pre-Owned Lexus RX350 from your dealership today after my wife's 2013 RX350 was stolen from a body shop while it was in to repair a scraped door caused by our son. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I had looked for a specific car for almost a year. One call to Ken Shaw through a friend found me the car I wanted in 3 hours. Once the deal was done via email of course, I had my car in a week. Excellent deals and customer service Last week I went to Ken Shaw Lexus to do a lease transfer on my 2016 IS 300. I must say the staff there was very professional and extremely helpful. Loving my new ride! As a previous IS250 owner I new I would enjoy the RC300, and wow! It has not disappointed! It handles incredibly, and certainly that 0 to 60k has passed the test;). "GREAT SERVICE, AS ALWAYS" With one call to Wiesia an appointment was quickly arranged for the annual maintenance on my Lexus ES350. Wiesia offered to reserve a "loaner" car for me rather than waiting at the dealership.
