Service tech was great but the cost of things are very expensive. Out of my reach for certian items.
They have deteriorated over the last couple years. Todays service was terrible…very frustrated and unimpressed!
Friendly, nice showroom, nice customer service waiting area. Although I was unsure of where to go when I brought my car in for its first service. As well I was told that the wait time would be much shorter than what it turned out to be. No one came to let me know. I am incredibly confused at how much I paid for a service. The parts and labor are very very expensive…and the dealer tries to screw you and make you pay for stuff you don’t need.
Had an appointment for a simple oil change. I told Hyatt ahead of time I would wait for the car. Because of that I was told the appointment would be in a week to ensure a tech was available. fine by me … it took 2 3/4 hours. They promote the car would be cleaner than when it arrived. No car wash or cleaning was done. Offered 50% off service …the service was free. It was included in the purchase of the car! Complete failure.
Service advisor Stivan was excellent took care of everything except the labour charge is too high even on installation of 2 wiper blades cost 93.00 dollars it’s insane plus 478.00 to install 3 tires won’t recommend anyone to go to dealer to get it done only time I chose infinity because one tire was covered under warranty didn’t like infinity customer care service they had no clue what to tell customers every time when I call them they said they couldn’t find warranty information in professional service
I recently had a frustrating experience with the finance team at Hyatt Infiniti. They were incredibly pushy about getting me to sign up with First Canadian, even though I made it clear that I wasn’t interested. When I declined, the attitude I received was unprofessional and rude. It’s one thing to offer options, but the pressure and disrespect I encountered made the entire process uncomfortable. I expected better customer service from a dealership of this caliber. Very disappointing.
