Will not buy another vehicle from them Salesman went on and on about how there delearship was so much better than domestic delearship! Constantly inturupted me. Didn’t fill up my vehicle with gas, honestly I felt that they were better than me, and we’re talking down to me. I’ve dealt with tons of domestic delearship and after this experience I will be only dealing with domestic! Not a enjoyable experience when it should of been a exciting time!!

Worst Service guy The reviews shown must be internal because Kevin is the worst service guy that I have ever encountered. He has the personality of a piece of dry toast and the main reason why I left and went to Infiniti Gallery. The dealership? Unethical and don't trust them as far as I can throw them. Infinity Gallery compared to Hyatt Infiniti? They are the best of two evils - but not by much! Both dealerships are quite bad and will never buy another Infiniti product again.

Sales Manager was not pleasant to deal with After dealing with Jay Jiang, the sales manager got involved and the deal went south. He is very rude and not helpful at all. To think, we were close to buying a vehicle from here until he opended his big mouth. Thanks for ruining the deal Anthony.

Buyer Beware Purchase a used 2012 QX56 from Infiniti Hyatt for approx. $65,000 with 36,253km and at 44,268km I took it to Infiniti in Edmonton for it's first oil change and walked out with a $1533.26. service bill. Dirty coolant, dirty transmission fluid, transfer case fluids deteriorated, cabin filter had to be replaced - very dirty and new wiper blades as the ones on it was missing a part. It was like going to a timeshare sales presentation Get ready for high pressure sales if you take your car to be serviced at Hyatt Infiniti! The service department used to be ok but now it's horrible as they will hassle you for service you don't want. When I dropped the car off, the service rep talked me into getting the 72,000 km "service" which is really a list of inspections which then give them a whole bunch of ideas on what to say you will need done. Sales & Service department is awful. They will try to upsell you on EVERYHTING. It would really just be nice to walk in and get what I ONLY asked for. The salesmen are so good at what they do that you don't know you were swindled until it's too late and you say to yourself "what just happened"???
Service and attention to detail was an amazing experience until I signed the papers. They stopped caring completely they claimed to have cleaned and gassed up the 70k$ vehicle? My 3 year old could've cleaned better. That's just the start they don't care about repeat business! Prepare to service it in Edmonton cause you won't want to deal with them any longer !
