They were a little too high pressure. They went heavy on pushing upsells and urgency to get the sale
I booked the appointment 10 days in advance and requested a loaner. No one called me to confirm. I called 2 days before my appointment to confirm for my own peace of mind. At that point, I was confirmed a loaner. The morning of my appointment, at 7:00am, the loaner vehicle was not ready for me. There was no gas in the car. So I was given a different one. In my brief history with Hyatt Infiniti they haven't proved worthy of my loyally.
This dealership talks a good story but don't live up to it. Very disappointing.
Definitely would not want to do business with this dealership. The second dealership in Calgary is located too far from me.
Was told on first contact in writing the vehicle would be 2 stage polished.When making the deal was told that is not going to happen. Was told the price was plus gst only. That wasnt the case. Extra fees. When i showed up there was a scratch on a door. I didnt see it when looking at it first.Could i have missed it yes but i did see a very small dent.So not likely. Salesman says in a cheeky voice well ya bought it that way.
Sales Dept, had no time for me. Enough said. Maybe no stock. Maybe next time.
Charged me an hour if shop time to tell me my headlights needed replacing. Surely step one is - is there power? That shouldn’t take an hour. Happily told me I needed to fix other things that were not really urgent on a 13 year old vehicle. So it seems the technician spends 5 minutes to figure out my why my headlights weren’t working and another 55 minutes of my paid for time looking for other things to get me to pay for fixing. I obtained a mechanics report from your facility of my 2004 PT Cruiser recently purchased and in the report it had N/A for brake drums. The car does have drums. A few other items were also missed by the mechanic who conducted the inspection that were evident. There are a lot of people that trust and rely on a certified trades person. I believe your mechanic may be a liability to your company.
