Thank you Davin. I took my EX35 to Hyatt for what started as a routine repair. It's always a possibility that something will go awry. Unfortunately, this was one of those times. There was some miscommunication and some damage to my car. I worked with Kevin (who did all he could), but I was annoyed by the situation and admittedly impatient. Hyatt straightened out the mess made by Ericksen Infiniti I bought a vehicle from Ericksen Infiniti in Edmonton and had nothing but problems. It took two visits to Hyatt, but they were able to bring the car to it's intended condition. The service was very good, car returned clean, and the work was performed as stated.
Great assistance with pre-purcahse inspections Great Service for pre-purchase inspection! Go find Kevin as he was professional and helpful with his knowledge of servicing cars and his customer service was excellent which allowed me to buy my car quite smoothly.

Truly Exceptional Service Having dealt with Davin Lindholm in the past year I quickly learned that my issues would be handled as promptly and efficiently as possible. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an understanding of the vehicle issues and that I left happy, even following up days later just to be sure. He made every effort to make an inconvenient problem less stressful for me, which I truly appreciated. Having experience with other dealerships, the service at Hyatt Infiniti is the 'cream of the crop'.

Drove down from Edmonton to Hyatt Service. It was worth it! I must say I've been skeptical of the corporate take overs of the family-owned auto dealerships and the immense clustering even from multiple manufacturers. In the 50 years that I have been driving, buying and selling cars I'd always appreciated the SERVICE aspect of dealerships and the personalized "feeling" from the smaller operations. Quick and fast service with very friendly people Went and got new tires and an oil change from this place. Dropped the car off in the morning and got a call in a few hours saying it was done. Car was clean, tires look awesome! The service people were friendly and quick. The service girl Suzy helped answer all my questions or directed me to some one who could. Service visit I recently took my car into Hyatt Infiniti for a service. I am very pleased with the service I got. All my issues are always taken care of and I am always treated well. My questions are answered and any if I have any concerns, they are always addressed. I can not say enough about Davin. He has excellent customer service and always goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy with my car service. I would recommend this service company to anyone.

Excellent staff - Great service I recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan from Hyatt Infiniti and it was the best (and easiest) car buying experience I have had to date. I called ahead about a used vehicle I saw online and made an appointment to see Deni. When I arrived the car was out front and he was there waiting to meet me.
