Since we purchased the vehicle, we have put less than 10,000 km on it. We brought it in for an oil change yesterday and was informed that the vehicle needs $1300 worth of maintenance. Had we known this information when we bought the vehicle we never would’ve purchased it. It appears that this vehicle is prone to maintenance. We will not recommend an infinity product to friends or family going forward.
Too expensive service and bad sales rep. They all greedy. From serice to sales. I dont bring my vehicle here
I have a brand new Qx60 3 months old brought it in for my oil change. Was told it needs brake fluid/flush, all new wiper blades a new windshield, an air filter, and a new cabin filter total $2271.46. Then I was told I did not have any oil changes that were covered, when I have 8. Wow this is the second vehicle I have bought at Infinity in 6 months. Total $170000.00 in vehicles this is the last time. Any place that try’s to pull the wool over some eyes not worth my money!!!! Watch out they try and scam people!!!
I went there, mr Jessie is the worse salesman, I have come across doesn't even know whats he doing. Will call you 5 times a day when you visit the dealership, he is super rude and doesn't even know the prices of his car.

This place has poor customer service. Also they rip off, they over charged for the service. Not sure if the owner knows all about this. But i would recommend everyone to go to different place for buying infiniti or service
Great location, nice facility. Didn’t have a great experience with employee but the system is nice and efficient.
During service for a warranty issue I was told my brake fluid needed changing. When I asked if they could pull up the service records to see when it was last done I was told they couldn’t because dealerships compete against each other and don’t share records. (carfax doesn't have that issue). I Had the brake fluid changed, when I picked the vehicle up from the warranty work a different associate helped me. I went there for checking the battery, but I didn’t get clear notice in advance to pay the checking fee even I signed to agree with that. If I knew that, I wouldn’t to check that since I had recharged it twice at north Infiniti at before. So I paid $100 more to get a bad result of battery replacement.
So I dropped off my Q50S car yesterday morning and everything seemed fine until I picked it up in the evening, during the snow, from the sale centre. That's when I noticed the flat tire sign on the dashboard. The sale team was pretty clumped, didn't even know what to do 🤷♂️. I checked the tires visually, seemed okay, so I drove to my destination.
