I brought my vehicle in for the recall, and they replaced the fuel level sensor. After that, the Check Engine light came on with a code related to that same sensor, and the fuel gauge is showing incorrect readings. No one wants to fix their mistake, and I am very disappointed.
I am very disappointed in their service center . Too expensive very attitude . I am not happy to service there
My vehicle was returned in not the same condition as when it was dropped off! When brought to the attention of service and a manager I was basically accused of lying.
🚨 SCAM ALERT – Hyatt Infiniti Calgary 🚨 Avoid this dealership at all costs! Sales staff will lie to your face, hide defects in used vehicles, and push useless add-ons like Diamond Kote Insurance (Cost $799) without your consent. Their so-called “MFA reports” are worthless — mechanics either can’t spot obvious issues or choose not to. Bought a vehicle here and found serious problems right after. Do NOT trust them, do NOT buy from them. Plenty of honest dealers in Calgary — this is NOT one of them.
I paid $200 for diagnostics and a further $36 for miscellaneous charges. They couldn’t diagnose the problem. I had to show them where the problem is. In my opinion, I should not be paying any diagnostic fees. They were able to diagnose one car door lock problem, but I have no confidence in it because they could not do the other one on their own plus when I showed them they still kind of shrugged it off. Unfortunately, call taker for service didn’t properly note our needs, thus service dept wasn’t ready to replace the booked windshield, only expected an oil change. We Had to leave vehicle overnight & take a loaner. When we had our vehicle returned we found back seats were folded down (unexpected & unexplained) drivers seat and steering wheel settings were also changed, The car wasn’t washed as per normal servicing experience. Poor experience indeed!
Asked dealer to troubleshoot a back up sensor. They charged $200 to check the sensors. Reported that needed a new sensor and it would be $670 dollars. Got home and checked the sensor and it was just loose and needed the bracket to be attached to the inside of the bumper. They are quick to charge almost $900 but totally missed the real problem, a bit of glue or a new bracket with adhesive on it. Front of car got dumped on pile of rocks, full of scratch, marks, paint chips, dent. Had a picture taken.
Service department seems to be understaffed. I don’t think you should have to wait 30 minutes to check vehicle in for service but you only have one service adviser.
