I don’t believe that the Hyatt service got at this point!!! Very poor service!! I took my vehicle to Hyatt for an oil change, and the service advisor was too pushy to sell some other services. I bought the flushing services and noticed they have not done anything on cooling system!!!! Very angry!! I have to see the manager for this issue..

I have a QX60 which I wanted to sell it, and the buyer requested to take it for an inspection. We took it to "NAPA Auto", and they did an inspection on it. NAPA advised to take the vehicle to in Infiniti for warranty check because they believed that there is Head Gasket leak on the engine. As we had discussed, the spark plugs were replaced by another repair facility and in doing so, they had cross threaded the number two cylinder which has caused a crack in the cylinder head and the leak noted by Napa. The people were great. But for the cost of repairs for my vehicle very disappointing with extra garbage in interior and parts left out and not returned to the correct area. Really expected more when getting the vehicle back.

Stay away from this dealership! I typically don’t write reviews but I strongly felt that my less than ideal experience at this dealership warranted one. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, and was more than ready to buy today if the test drive went well. After arriving for my appointment, they informed me that they had let someone who walked in take it for a test drive instead. We wanted to buy a vehicle that was at this dealership, so we made an appointment and went in. We test drove it and liked it, so we sat down to negotiate. We ended up walking out without making a purchase and going to another dealership to buy a similar vehicle. Here is why. The salesperson with whom we were dealing was pleasant enough, but we did not appreciate the slimy strategies that were used on us. Jason Zimmer basically acted as if we would not qualify for a good interest rate for the vehicle we were interested in because he thought we would have bad credit. He knew nothing about us at all. We have excellent credit, I'm not sure why I had to explain myself to him. Worst experience ever. I have told a few people about the way we were treated and they were all disgusted. less than premium post sale Spent more time convincing me that it wasn't broken then fixing things. When you can back into a wall with the service guy in the car and the prox sensor doesn't beep, you would think they would agree the prox sensor was broken, but no they say it is withn spec. Or when your car shows .25 lateral G when parked in a garage maybe something is out of calibration but no I still pull G's when parked, or when odd rust dots start showing up on a side panel after two years of pavement and garage life and ... read more

2010 Infiniti g37X Battery Drain Problem Brought in my daughters 2010 Infiniti G37X for a battery drain problem again (79K KM's). When we leave the car for more than 3 days of not driving, the battery goes dead. Brought it in 2 years ago for the same problem and they replaced the 1 year old battery which was still under warranty.
