EXCELLENT Service. Im a younger man, and do not dress to the 'NINES" , but the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted within a timely manner by a salsesman. He was very polite, knowledgable, and wasn't pushy at all. He treated me with respect in every aspect. I was very impressed with him. Although I did not buy a car that day, I do intend on going back. Other dealerships wouldn't even give me the time of day, as they do not see my appearance as "sale material". I highly reccommend this dealership.

Best Location To Visit- Friendly and Pleasant Hyatt Infiniti was great in assisting me with the purchase of my G35 Coupe. I worked wth Phil Pham to find a great luxury vehicle with the power I wanted, and I have never been happier with my choice! Mr. Pham was friendly, honest, and open with my concerns! I appreciated the conduct of this location so much, I choose to purchase my oil here, rather than at a closer location! Great job!

Very happy client I wanted to move up into an Infiniti G sedan and knew exactly what I wanted. Phil Pham was able to make that happen. He was very professional and polite. The description he gave me about the vehicle that was coming in was exactly what it turned out to be. Couldn't have asked for better service. I love my new G sedan! A pleasant experience! I have owned an Infiniti for 10 years & was "looking" to replace my vehicle. I was looking to replace it with a Mercedes, but by chance we happened upon the Infiniti dealership during an "event" where all the salespeople were booked with appointments. Great Sale and After Sale Experience Our sales person was terrific. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a couple of minor issues attended to, and he looked after them personally. We highly recommend the Infiniti experience.

Worth Considering to do business with! Even though Hyatt Infiniti doesn't offer any used car guarantee, they will do their best to resolve issues that a buyer might encounter. Customer experience is important to them and they are not afraid to say: " We are sorry! Let's work it out and make this a pleasant experience for both involved parties". Background story. Excellent First Experience My only experience so far with Hyatt was the very recent purchase of my gently pre-loved 2011 EX35. If everyone there is as personable, fun, helpful, knowledgeable, and as attentive to detail as Martin Speiran, I'm sure I'll continue to have nothing but positive experiences.
