I had an appointment for my son and I to view a used vehicle with a sales associate. we arrived on time and was asked by the sales associate to wait for about 10min while he finished up with another customer. after waiting 20 min I asked another sales associate to show us the vehicle as we were on a time limit. the 2nd sales associate mentioned the car was out having some gas put into it. after another 5 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. not once did anyone come to see how we were doing, not once did anyone offer coffe... read more
I have come here to write the review but not shocked to see the similar reviews that I wanted to write, though this review will be similar to what we have here, i still want to write it since I am here, with most of (or all of the) the people we BEGIN deals by trusting each other as this is normal human tendency, however this attitude of yours will change and in your life you will start seeing everyone with suspicious thoughts once you deal with these NISSAN south sales and finance teams, they pretend respect and rip the cus... read more
To begin with, these people quotes very high price, tests your patience with their worst talks (pretending as if they are helping you) and then drops the price so heavily to make you feel as if they are giving you best of best price BUT don't believe this tactic, this is their strategy. They quote very high price, there is no point in visiting this place guyz, these people are born to cheat the customers.
You better be without a car BUT stay away from this dealer. There is no transparency, false promises, even if you believe these people for a minute, you are wasting your time. CAUTION.... STAY AWAY, DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALER EVEN IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS....

Worse place ever to deal with. Sell us a vehicle with tires below wear mark and had to fight for 3 months to get all 4 tires. Amvic was called about mechanic that passed said vehicle, don't really expect amvic to do anything. I have nothing nice to say about anyone we dealt with and have told everyone I know not to go there. If I could take stars away I woul!
Worst Service... DO NOT go to this place... I did not have an option to select 1/10th of Star therefore selecting 1 star which these people don't deserve
My wife bought a new 2022 Nissan frontier the truck is not to bad but have paint chip issues around the back doors that no one wants to fix as it is not the buyers responsibility to fix something that an off road vehicle should of been looked at during testing. It is nice to have a new vehicle but didn't look to nice after 800 kms with visible paint chips. I am very disaapointed as a 60.000 truck has more paint chips than my 2004 frontier after 280.000 kms. Absolute trash. These people are so nice to you yet fail to mention so many things about your vehicle. They failed to mention that I needed 2 sensors replaced and quoted me $100 dollars for one.. I ended up paying $500. They knew I lived 7hours north and failed to mention it doesn’t have a block heater which is another $500. Slimy people. I feel so cheated and every time I try to call the just hand me off to the next person. I feel so defeated and taken advantage of.
