Customer service Michael was provided excellent customer service during negotiation as well during delivery of the vehicle. He coordinated up to delivery of the vehicle and make sure that the vehicle was provided as agreed. When we reached for delivery, GPS was not working due to missing SD card. He immediately took action to resolve GPS issue. We were happy with his excellent customer service.
A great experience! I had issues with financing at another dealership who wasn't willing/able to work with me. When I laid out my position at Go Nissan South, they were willing to bend over backwards and move mountains to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Megan and Abhi were amazing. I'm looking forward to a long and mutually-beneficial relationship with this dealership and am encouraging ALL my friends & family to join me! 5 stars all around!
Fantastic I traded in my car as I needed one with more room for the family. Our sales person was very helpful right from the start. With our busy lifestyle it was not possible for us to travel to the dealership. They sent us videos of the vehicles we were interested in. They even delivered the vehicle and took the old one back. Since then any questions I have with the vehicle have been answered promptly.
Used car purchase Dealt with Mariya/Sara and Shaun Wood, All were nice to deal with and solved our small after sale issue ,well done , hats how a dealership grows when they do the right things for the customers.
New Car I believe the dealership salespersons could improve on their more effective communications to thier customers. Consider each customer financial suiitation is different from each other.
Great deal and service We got a great deal on a used vehicle. The only drawback was having to sit through and listen to their warranties we could purchase. Would have liked the option to just decline it and not have to listen to the whole spiel. Other than that, service was great and we are very happy with our purchase.
Excellent with Blaine Blaine made sure that we had his attention and he listen to what our comments and concerns were. At the end of the day he was very professional and a deal was made.
