I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They did nothing but waste our time. Fed us a line of xx to get us through the door and then proceeded not to hold up their side of what was previously discussed over the phone. AVOID this dealership like the PLAGUE!!!!

Purchased a used infiniti Q50. Numerous service amvic inspection issues. 1- reported rack was pass, yet it was leaking. 2- reported battery good yet it was covered with acid. 3- couldn't even check tire pressure during delivery which 2 tires were below 28 lbs. I was never informed of only one key fob for the car until I was picking up. Unfortunately the fob I have is glitchy and not even after a few days of ownership is the dealer even going to fix this problem. I told Divij that there are times I can't start the car. I took my car to this dealership's service dept, to have them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car. After paying over $500, they told me that it was gone upon replacing the belt tensioner. Today this noise remains. I will NEVER go to this dealer again, as they are over-priced, and can't even fix the problem !!

They are scammes and LIERS, SPECIALLY NAURA, NEVER DEAL WITH HER, SHE WILL BE NICE TO YOU UNTIL YOU SIGN THE DEAL THEN SHE WILL BE LIKE OH MY MANAGER DIDN'T APPROVE IT, I CAN NOT DO IT. STAY AWAY FROM DEALERSHIP, STAY AWAY FROM NAURA (SALES PERSON) MORE REVIEWS COMING......STAY TUNED

I purchase a used vehicle. I wasn’t happy of how I was treated. I have a bad credit and manager told me that I shouldn’t be picky because of my credit situation, I felt belittle. But in the end I still signed the contracts and purchased it. After signing the documents, manager never approach me of what would be the next step, it was the finance manager that was the only one speaking to us. Bought a car three days ago on pretty decent conditions. Today morning the car didn't start and had to be boosted, despite being driven the day before.upon further inspection turned out that battery capacity was so low, that there is no point in recharging it, it has to be completely replaced. Yes, the car is used, but it had to be tested before selling, I wasn't notified of problems with battery. Vatsal called me while I was working, a few moments before picking up the vehicle - completely distracted me from what I was doing at work.. began asking me a bunch of questions about the cars registration and other things he knew was taken care of by the finance manager already and didn't even have the courtesy to remind me that I had to pay the remaining $5000 for the balance - ended up having to jump through hoops to get them the money. I have never in my life had worse service. Booked a service to buy winter tires and put them on a month ago. Called a week before to confirm the price match quote I gave them. Told me my service advisor would call me back (Gene Yong). Never got a call. Called morning of the appointment to confirm. They first told me they couldn’t find my appointment.
