Awesome experience Went into Nissan looking to get rid of my truck for a smaller car that could still comfortably fit a car seat. I tried at least 10 different dealerships all either requiring a co signer or a hefty down payment. Mariya went above and beyond to find the vehicle which was best suited for us. Then mark and moe in finance managed to get us approved for lower payment and at 10% lower interest. Thank you go nissan!
Excellent sales and finance team!! If there was a 10 star rating, I would have chosen that option. We've purchased two vehicles this year from Go Nissan South. An Armada early spring, and recently, a Juke Nismo RS. The sales and finance group is professional, respectful and willing to go an extra mile to accommodate a sale. Great experience Bought my first new vehicle here from Brandon Eastman. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process in what is probably a more complicated deal. Was respectful of me asking them not to contact me unless I contacted him first. Always quick to respond to texts and phone calls. Excellent experience with Terence Harychan I could not have had a better car buying experience and would suggest that all buyers interested in a Nissan product do business with Go Nissan. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue and have been extremely satisfied with my decision. My salesperson took the time to gather my requirements and work within my budget. They don’t standard for the vehicle they are selling. Very stressful since we bought vehicle from them. i highly dont recommend buying from this dealership
Bad experience and they are not transparent with information regarding their vehicle. Very unreliable mechanical inspection report. I don't suggest to buy from here.
They were awful when I purchased my vehicle 9 years ago and unprofessional. Today I took it in for a recall (the ONLY reason I took it there at all) and I had to listen to the shuttle driver YELL at another service client who didn't speak English for about 10 minutes. He never attempted to utilize Google translate (the client tried, the shuttle driver wouldn't) or get the clients service rep (who he was able to communicate with). Received vehicle on May 24th and was told by CJ that Rustproofing and Undercoating was completed on the vehicle. Check the Undercoating with my mechanic and was told that the vehicle appears to have some Undercoating but all that was done mud and dirt. Went back to Go Nissan on the 26th of May. Ask for a refund of my money and was told that the Director has to approve this.
