AWFUL customer service. Booked our car in for winter tires the beginning of October for mid November. Day of the appointment we called ahead to confirm pricing and they told us we didn't have an appointment even though we had a confirmation email. guess you need them to confirm your appointment after you get a confirmation email but no one contacted us to state that. A family member took in a vehicle for a Out of Province Inspection and was failed and told they required $11,000 in repairs based on their “inspection”. No check engine lights or noticeable driving symptoms or visual indicators yet they were still failed on the inspection based on a transmission code, and bushings failure and alignment need. This dealership is full of Scammers! I recently bought a Rav4 car for $19,900 but one of they are finance's people provided a lots of insurance coverage offer, and I refused the offers and asked for the original price with no insurance coverage. But the finance women and her manager met for like 30min; and included all the coverages with out my consent. Since I was rushing to go back to my work town. This is a car dealership. You sell cars here, not loans. So why the salesperson keep selling me 'finance option' when I keep asking details about the vehicle and that I already stressed three to four times that I'll pay by cash. The sales manager is rude and stupid who do not bother to read the basic info. on the papers lying right in front of him. Thank God I found my escape route and I do not need to purchase any vehicle here.
I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima from this dealership, and would never recommend this dealer ship to anyone. I had a credit check done without authorization and a Sales Manager (Matthew Milbury) tell me that the bank would only approve the loan if the car had warranty on it. Friday June 09, 2023 My name is Betty, I am waiting for my used SUV from Go Nissan South, it is now11:45 am Friday and I have been here since 8:00am. I was told by Geo the sales assistant that my” loaner” SUV is being cleaned and is not ready for me yet. Came to check out a Ford ranger one of the dealers had been blowing up my phone about. Just to find out the engine had a major misfire and I couldn’t test drive it. The truck has been at the dealership for at least a month probably misfiring the entire time. You should be ashamed of yourself cliff
This is the worst dealership in the city of Edmonton . I spent over 60,000 on the Platinum pathfinder with the extended warranty and they have honestly not fixed one issue we have had . I ended up taking the Vehicle to Erickson Nissan to get all the warranty work done and they have been in one simple word fantastic !!
