Very poor service. Damaged my vehicle while it was getting serviced and refused to take responsibility. Never take your vehicle there. They are a disgusting run business!
Do not give this dealership a deposit! They will not return it , under any circumstances. There is way more reputable dealerships in town
Always delayed. had preordered since January 4 2022, 9 months waiting and still kept getting delayed. Received an email with a delivery date but they're not able to fulfill that said date. Instead, they gave bunch of reasons why it is being delayed again.
I was there on Sunday the 3rd looking to buy a kicks… when I got there I test drove and really enjoyed it was prepared to buy. Until the paperwork was brought to me and I was told that all the protection packages and 3M things are mandatory which jacked up the price by like 5000. I then became suspicious and contacted other nissan dealers and was told by them it is completely up to the customer weather or not you want them. So I left. Last Thursday, I went to this Go Nissan South dealership with the intention of just looking around for car options. The sales rep. assisted us and introduced us to some vehicles. We were in a conversation discussing about a blue Nissan Kicks, and he asked me to put $500 deposit down without telling me it is non-refundable. He just told me that's the only way to hold the car while I am still considering all my options. All other dealerships I’ve spoken to advised me that the deposit is refundable. The worst dealership in the town. The sales manager Alex Naim sold my car without my permission with a fake signature when I went to meet with Warn Smith he ignored everything and he focused on my personal life he keep asking me about my personal life and he never cares about the fraud that happened at the dealership The meeting with Warn Smith wasn't professional at all .
They would lie and don't tell you the hidden problems in the vehicle. I had many issues came up in the vehicle and those were not mentioned when the vehicle was sold. I would not recommend this place to do business with
Very irreponsible and lying car dealer. seeing so many negative comments...not surprised. I have bought protection package, and I need to get windshield replaced, which is covered by the package. I called and booked an appt. I was told that in their system, shows nothing about windshield protection. I called twice, and gave them enough time to confirm. they still said no, they dont see the protection package.
