Never go there I would give them 0 stars if I had that option. Brand new Nissan Rogue bought 3 months ago had problem with the door. I went there and was told that it was covered under the warranty. They said they’d keep updating me. Left the car at 8am no calls received, finally went there at 4 assuming it’ll all be done. I want to sell my car This is solely on the service department. I always have a problem with the service department. I call to make an appointment for an oil change and they say you can just drive through to express lane. Then when I get their they tell me I need to make an appointment. xxx?!?! So I make an appointment and then I go there, they tell me they can’t find my appointment. xxx AGAIN?!?!? This happens EVERY TIME!!! Get it together Nissan South Edmonton!
Worst Experience Ever!! Horrible Dealership.. Stay away!!! I don’t even know where to start... My purchase of a vehicle there went from bad to worse !! Poor Management / misleading warranty programs I am a repeat customer of Go Nissan South, purchasing three vehicles. Up until this week (April 22, 2019) the service has been exceptional. Shout out to Nick in service! This changed this week when I brought in 1 of 2 Micras I purchased. I was sold an extended warranty, that dealt with scratched or damaged wheels. Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience We went in with a used vehicle pre-selected and was greeted by an older gentleman (said he was from NWT, but can't remember his name). From here, it went downhill. Quickly. We test drove the vehicle and decided that we liked it, and wanted to go forward with numbers. Very sad experience I bought a used car from Go Nissan, they provided 3 months complete guarantee. one month later a grinding noise came from the hood. I went to them and asked for the service,then they shown actual face,they refused the free service. This is a kind information and warning for all who don't want to get cheated like me.
Not very happy in the end Bk and Bc were very helpful at first over the phone and even during the first visit. duri g the first visit a few things that were said on the phone started changing and the missleading began . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don't waste your time here. brought our car in for service, left with no repairs and 2 diagnostic inspection bills. the service lady was rude. All I asked for was what are the specifics of the repair, and she felt it was too many questions. So we're doing 2 things here: taking our vehicle somewhere else (forever) and selling the Nissan to buy KIA which has a better service Department.
