Bought new Nissan Roug 2020, Battery was dead as I got home. Called dealership several times with very very poor customer service. Not recommended at all.
What a bad experience the first time with any dealership. Bought a used car and I mention that the engine has some oil on it and they took it back shop and clean it and told me that nothing is leaking. Our Service member checked it. I was out of province buyer and when I took the vehicle for inspection. They found oil leaking from the engine as well as from the filter. The dealership website lied /mislead about 30 days exchange privilege program. I bought 2020 Kicks SR about a week ago but shortly found out about high road noise over 80-speed limit. Discussed with Chen ( Sales associate ), he said come over, will swap you into a better vehicle. I agreed to trade with a better car with some price difference. I went to visit his given time. The thing about these guys are, they have the same agenda, Richard is a con man and his counter part Shawn the manger is the con artist, I would never buy from these crooks!
Honestly you guys are good at what you do. Which is con people out of whatever money you can. One of your employees told me verbatim that if anything changed on his end he would let me know. You guys knew someone else had put a deposit down on the car I was coming to view the day before my viewing. That doesn't warrant letting me know of any changes? I trusted this dealership its a big dealership I bought I trusted this dealership its a big dealership I bought car from them , information was hided from me about vehicle. Service is really poor. I Don’t refer to anyone. One of their employee have zero respect for medium customers
Bad experience. Their service department is not willing to help to resolve factory issues with my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Definitely I will not recommend this dealership.
