Pleasant David and Myriah were very thorough with their walk through of the vehicle, they made our visit enjoyable. There was a bit of disorganization with the purchasing and pickup, instructions regarding pick-up requirements were unclear via email and took some time to find the vehicle for pick-up. But overall our interaction with go Nissan south was positive.
Amazing People and Smooth Transaction.. I went there for service of my 2016 pathfinder and while at the counter, I saw Baljit Sandhu and ask if I can upgrade my SUV and he help me and all the process is smooth and got another one.
Good people and great service I came from Calgary to Edmonton to take a delivery of my 2017 Nissan Maxima. I bought this car over the phone with Mr. Tony. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. He took me seriously even though it was long distance over the phone. And once the sale was final then Mr. Troy in finance took over and made everything simple and easy to sign via email. Helpful and pleasant Our customer service experience was great! Everyone we worked with (reception, Jun and Troy) accommodated our schedule and buying needs. Troy was very thorough and Jun was very pleasant. We would definitely recommend the dealership and will be back in the next year to buy a truck!
