Very helpful Have been to Gateway Toyota many times. Veronica in service is great, I always ask to see her as she does a great job. Efficient and thorough and makes sure that all work is completed properly. Quotes are always accurate and she calls to give me updates if any additional work needs to be completed or when my vehicle is ready. Above and beyond We had our truck into the dealership . the customer service received was above and beyond, As we were pulling into the service department my little guy got sick, Veronica was quick to help and even got them to spray his car seat down. Very friendly, explained the work completed, all done within a timely manner :))

Excellent Customer Service Purchase and service of my new car at Gateway Toyota was very positive. Our salesman, worked with a great deal of effort, to get us the best deal. In service, the advisor was very courteous, giving personal attention to all my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
