Toyota water pump Fast service when we needed it. Troy knew exactly what the problem was when we asked his to listen to our Rav4. Fixed by the next day! We were very relieved as we were short of time.

Serviced my Vehicle and explained work needed and costs My Saturn Vue's transmission failed late on a Saturday Night and I had to have it towed to Gateway. When GM shut down the Saturn Division as part of the bail out they got from the US government, the local Saturn dealerships shut their doors and their mechanics were hired by Gateway. excellent service, highly recommended! We have been customers of Gateway Toyota since we bought RAV4 about 15 years ago. We have been amazed by the quality of service there: It begins with the front desk, the service desk, and the service personnel. Winterize early! Have only owned Toyota products for 40 years. Gateway Toyota provides excellent service all year round. Today Troy ensured our vehicle was done extra quickly so my husband would not miss a minute of his beloved Eskimo football game...what more can we ask for?

Toyota Sienna Replacing timing belt I have a 9 year old Toyota Sienna. I love driving this van down and I knew that I needed to replace the Timing belt. After getting some estimates at other places I decided to go back to Gateway Toyota. Troy was my service advisor, he is very knowledgeable and my belt and original battery were replaced at a much lower rate than the other two places where I received estimates. In for an oil change - Great service! I stopped by for a routine oil change without an appointment. They got my in right away and were extremely professional and prompt. Being new to the area, I wasn't sure what was in the area to do while waiting, so Veronica suggested a few places and ever offered to get a courtesy car to drive me where I wanted.
