Service Prompt service. Was out before I knew it. They were ready form me at my appointment time and even gave my car a quick wash.

The service is efficient and reliable. The estimates for costs and time when I delivered were right on or better than I had anticipated. They have been doing my car since I purchased it. After 10 years, it still runs as well as it ever has, i..e. good. I keep on bringing my car there after 10 years, because I have confidence that they understand it. Tire repair I went to the service department without an appointment to see if they would be able to repair my tire. I had a slow leak. It is a very busy time of the year for tire work in Edmonton right now and I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me it would be no problem to repair it today. Excellent service I phoned 4 places for a windshield and Gateway was the cheapest. This is the second windshield I have purchased through them and have been very happy.

Only place to take my vehicle! I never fear they are overcharging or doing more than is necessary. They have reasonable prices for oil changes (and they wash my car!), and they are efficient with their time when diagnosing and fixing problems. I really appreciate the excellent customer service here.

Service Review I always enjoy my "visit" to Gateway Toyota to get my vehicle serviced... I get treated like family. The staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I do love the car wash.
