Service review I had a very hectic week and forgot to call and book an appointment as I was injured and was going to therapy. Troy got me in right away and the service I had done was great and I have nothing bad to say about Troy, he is very professional and always does his best!! I have always only gone to Gateway Toyota as they are the best as is Troy!!!!

Gateway is the BEST. I bought my RAV 4 at Gateway in 2004 and I'm still driving it because I've always had it serviced there. The Service Technician's are fabulous and always honest about what needs to be done. I've recommended this dealership to many people and I will never go any place else. Today a big thank you to Todd my service technician and to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. You're the BEST.

Had a good experience overall. Oil change was positive. I went on a Saturday and I waited approximately 1 hour (average of my previous visits for oïl changes). They also do a quick wash of the car which is always great.

Servicing of car I had a great salesperson when I bought my car in 2003. The service department turned out to be just a great. I have worked with Troy for the last 12 years and his service level keeps exceeding my expectation. I give him 11 out of 10. The last visit I had, he was on the phone ordering my car window part while I was still driving up. He is like Radar from M.A.S.H. Service Appointment Dropped my Toyota Corolla overnight after setting an appointment for general services and winter tires swapping. No need to interact with anyone, just left my keys and the next day first time in the morning I was contacted and explained the findings which I authorize to proceed, and got a ride back to get my car.
