Excellent Service at Gateway Toyota I have been servicing my vehicle at Gateway Toyota for many years and have had nothing but excellent service. I have been dealing with Troy Vinther's since going to Gateway Toyota and he's the main reason why I still deal there despite living 5 hours away in another city. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, always willing to go the extra mile.
Simply the best Excellent courtesy, service, communication and results. On October 21, I left my 2007 Matrix for seasonal servicing and to have the tires swapped for winter. A problem with the front disc brake roters was discovered and Troy contacted me to advise it be fixed. I felt completely confident that the work was necessary and would be properly performed. As on previous occasions, service was performed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Amazing service I had my car scheduled in for its 64000 km service, but after hearing great things about Gateway Toyota, i inquired to see if they would be able to provide the service on my VW Jetta. Troy in service was beyond helpful, he was able to get me in right away, did the service in half the time I was quoted by VW. Not to mention at a much more reasonable price. I highly recommend this dealership. It was a joy doing business with them, and i will never take a car anywhere else

Winter is coming I really appreciate the friendly helpful service today. I left confident that I will not die of hypothermia on the side of the road this winter. I felt they understood I was not made of money, I just need my truck to work probably so I can go about my life safely.

Winter tire installation & oil/filter service Always receive friendly service. Staff is easy to talk with and helpful. Appreciate the shuttle service otherwise it would be a long wait in the lounge. I'm ready for snow now!

Winterize my car I took my car in for an oil change and have the winter tires installed. The mechanic found a problem with leaking oil pan gasket, so it was fixed as well. Gives me peace of mind going into the winter season. Veronica Russell was great to deal with...she was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Winter tire installation Today I brought my vehicle in for my winter tire installation and Winterization special. I also needed a new front left wiper blade replacement plus my back rear hatch door was sticky and I was having a hard time opening it. Troy (690) was going to look after all my needs.
