Service Staff makes the dealership I purchased two cars at Gateway Toyota. Of course I was pleased with the first purchase which lead me to buy the second car from them. Very good sales team. However this was not what made me a very loyal customer. The service staff is what did it for me. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have tried one other Toyota service department and that confirmed my assessment of Gateway Service department. Always awesome! I would definitely recommend Troy. He is my go to person. He has a happy go lucky disposition. Very professional, helpful, friendly, courteous, considerate, he has it all. Pleasure to deal with. Troy is a real sweetheart.
Winter Service went in to get my winter service and tires changed. I was expecting to have a couple of hours wait. It turned out that they were able to get me in right away and I was in and out in just over an hour. They even found a screw in my tire that they fixed. Thank you for looking after the small details.

frendly The service department is amazing and very friendly.. most delearships after you buy the car don't follow up with you . But the staff at gateway after ever thing was said and done keep in contact and make sure you ate still happy with it.. best sales team by far.. if you head there to buy ask for mike Muir. Great experience. Only thing I was disappointed in was not reviewing the options I wanted and the options that were in the vehicle. I take responsibility for not ensuring the vehicle had all the options, and was disappointed when after searching for the back hatch release button in the vehicle to realize there wasn't one. That would have been a item that would have made me pass on the vehicle. I was in a hurry and didn't look at the options clearly enough. 2001 Prius The service today was excellent - an oil change and replacement of the cabin filter. I checked in with Todd and Troy was there to check me out. I was treated professionally by both these individuals and I value their opinions.
