When you buy a new vehicle you are also indirectly including the service department in your purchase thoughts and research. Warranty check and oil change Troy is a professional in all ways. My oil change was completed in good time and Troy was helpful as always. I will continue to use Gateway Toyota for all service on my Rav 4
Always more than satisfied! Today was a really big servicing to keep my 10-year-old Prius in excellent running order. As usual, Troy handled everything smoothly and efficiently explaining in detail what was needed. I was courteously shuttled back to my home but later Troy contacted me about another issue that had to be dealt with. I was totally confident in authorizing the additional service. I have been dealing with Gateway Toyota for 20 years and have always received exceptional service.
Awesome! I've been taking my car to Gateway Toyota for just about 10 years and every time I'm there the service is outstanding. Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for the 64,000km "checkup" and to switch to my winter tires. I dropped my car off at 730am and then took the shuttle to work. excellent! Troy is the kind of guy who reinforces the idea of really decent human being even if he's billing one for $400+. He listened to my explanation that, in an emergency, I needed to get another dealership to put on my winter tires. He said that, in any other emergencies, to call him personally and he'd solve a problem. (In my case it was related to a death & funeral of a friend). AMAZING! Service Department is AMAZING! They go above and beyond the work your typical dealer would do (Not once, but every single time I go). Super fast, extremely friendly. I can't say enough good things about my experiences here. It is the only place I will bring my vehicle to get service done!
Excellent Service Technician I was really impressed with the service I received for my Toyota Venza. The driver side mirror cover needed to be replaced. Bonnie ordered the part, ensured it was the correct cover and colour and then had it coated with a protective covering. She made absolutely sure that it was installed correctly and I was on my way shortly thereafter. Bonnie is always cheerful, helpful and very conscientious that any service is done correctly. She is my go to technician.
