Replaced Lost Car Key...Stat Was leaving town for a family funeral when we noticed a vehicle key was missing. Not wanting to leave with only one key, we went down to Gateway on the way out of town, where a duplicate was located, and programmed in a few minutes. Service Review I called for an appointment for some service work, hoping to get in during the next week. To my surprise, Troy got me in within the next two days, and on a Saturday of all things. The service was very quick and done exceptionally well, and my vehicle was even washed for me, something I did not expect. I have always been completely satisfied with the service I have received and that is the main reason why I keep coming back. I trust the service staff completely, especially Troy Vinters.
Very helpful and friendly I was very happy and pleased with this service. Any questions I need to ask, they helped me with answers with patience. I will go back and will recommend others to go there.
"Winterize Ready" I bought my Matrix at this dealer in 2007 and they have been taking car of my car since. It is a little distance to go since they move but I feel confident of the service and want to maintain that relationship. Troy Vinthers gave excellent service during this visit.

I was having my winter tires put on and a few other things Very good. Was very pleased with the service that was given to me. I went in to have my winter tires put on and they found other issues with my vehicle (oil, etc.)
