2008 Corolla The car came in for service and to replace the passenger side exterior mirror. They were very efficient at ordering in the mirror prior to my appointment. On arrival they offered me a 50% off special on the service which I was not aware of. In addition, during the service they brought to my attention a few items that were not critical but would require attention sooner or later. I was pressed for time but they managed to everything done within my time frame.
Great service every time As always Gateway Toyota provided great service in a very reasonable time. The service department is very efficient and helpful. My car was ready when promised and they provide a great shuttle service as well.
Respectful service Had my car serviced for an oil change and also to replace a mirror. Everything was communicated well. Liked the y way I was treated.
Excellent response and service The brake actuator failed on my 2007 Camry. Gateway Service Staff were quick to evaluate and identify the problem. Troy put in the extra effort to get Toyota to cover the repair under warranty and to have the work completed in a timely manner. Much Appreciated!

Excellent service I have always had good service from Gateway. They took my car in immediately, washed it for me and the service was completed before the estimated time. They didn't try to up sell me either.

Excellent Technical Support and advised from Troy. I recently bought new 2016 Toyota Tundra Crewmax two days after the left rear sonar sensor was on all the time everytime you put on reverse. I called Troy and explained to him what's happenning, right away he advised me to bring my truck to them to take a look.
