Excellent Service Got my oil seal replace for leak, excellent service especially Troy gave quote with right information. Dan ketler with shuttle service was great got me on time,safe driving within speed limits & very friendly. Helen was great with service appointment, overall very great team and customer service with satisfaction. Would recommend anyone as 1st choice as a toyota dealership, they also washed my car keep up the great work!!!!!.

recall Friendly,fast ,service. From the service advisor to the shuttle driver, very pleased all around. My Rav4 was in for a recall. Would definatly recommend to family and friends.
Oil change with Great Service I recently drove from Whitehorse,Yukon to Edmonton,Alberta on a business trip. Had a look at my speedometer and realized that i need the 24000km oil change service. I contacted Gateway toyota and was told that the earliest appointment was only available in about a month, but if i drop by and they are not busy they could possibly assist me. Compete recalls Since I bought my Tundra, I have visited the other dealers to get my recalls up to date. None helped and some made things even more difficult. Mike was only to happy to help and had me booked in asap! I brought it in and it was finished when they said it would be. All the work was done neatly and professionally. Amazing service I have been going to this dealership since I got my Camry from them back in 2004. Troy Vinthers, is my go to person. He has an amazing happy go lucky nature, very professional and he listens to everything you tell him. Fantastic fast and convenient service Troy was amazing. He got our vehicle in to fix an emergency issue. Great service and a fair price. He called when the job was completed and went through exactly what the problem was and he even took photos for us to see.

Continuous satisfactory service and assistance. WELL WORTH THE LONG DRIVE! I purchased my vehicle from Gateway Toyota in Edmonton, AB, approximately 5 years ago. Fabulous, Honest and Reliable Service Troy is absolutely awesome. He''s taken care of my vehicle since we moved to Edmonton in 2002. He is extremely knowledgeable, very reliable and extremely trustworthy. He knows my vehicle inside out and knows my driving so can predict the service I require and quickly solves the few some problems that arise.
