Incredible Head Mechanic A few years ago I had an issue with my Lexus SUV that no one could figure out! I took it to Doug at Gateway Toyota and he had the problem all figured out and fixed! Since then I have taken all of my vehicles to him for all my car needs. I would recommend him for any problem; you will recieve excellent, professional service worth every dollar.
Out of province inspection work Todd was fantastic on this visit but I was reluctant to go back to this service centre because I received very poor service from another group of employees when last there. I will be sure to ask for Todd again next time to ensure good service and will avoid the employees who provided poor service earlier visit.
Service Call Scheduled time was met and service was completed as expected. General inspection overview on winter tires resulted in completing the four wheel alignment on this visit, which should result in good winter driving.
"Great Service!" Took my Venza in for a recall. I got an appointment for a time that was best for me. They did have to keep my car over night because of a complication but everything was handled with expertise. The service was excellent and I would recommend using their services.
First Service with my new truck I got a excellent and professional service for my Toyota Tundra truck at Gateway Toyota. Todd Pringle has an outstanding way to deal with all the problems in his department. Thank you.

Excellent Service Troy was personable, informative and prompt. The auto service proceeded without flaw. I also appreciated the "extras" - a comfortable spot to wait and breakfast. It was a pleasant experience.

Regular maintenance appointment They are so friendly!! You feel like a member of the Toyota family as soon as you drive in the door The waiting area is big and comfortable with coffee service and TV. Compared to another location I've had my vehicle serviced. I'll always go to Gateway - They have 5 star service and employees.
