Two thumbs up for service Just got my seatbelt buckle fixed and everything went well from accommodation of staff (Ruthi Sherman) to the services provided. Had the services for free, too. Would greatly recommend to anybody who needs a fixing.
Spare Tire Recall Drive in to change the cable/accessories for the spare tire of my van. Todd told me to come back after 45 mins but after 30 mins it was done.... Excellent service by Gateway Toyota...

Great service They make you feel important when you bring your car in and the waiting area is nice. Troy the service tech was very friendly. Will come back.
Tacoma Purchase went well, was picked up at airport with shuttle. Everything was good. Will be back for service as I have the free service oil change which is a great extra
Surprise I went in with no notice with a flat tire. It was repaired quickly and with very courteous service. The dealership has always provided professional service.

Great Service and Staff I was so much impressed by the service and the staff. I got there at at 7:25 AM for the service of my vehicle and they opened up the door exact at 7:30 AM (Punctual). The moment I entered, they (Veronica and other staff) took charge of everything. I was a bit worried as to how and when will I reach at my work place, however they provided me with a courtesy shuttle and LRT tickets to travel to my workplace. Exceptional service. My sister received excellent advice and prompt service on her repair. I also got rubber inserts for my Tacoma's wiper blades....free! Troy was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Excellent Experience! I recently had my Rav 4 into the dealership for some work that needed to be done. All of the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Exceptional, good service on my 2001 Sienna Toyota. I received exceptional service on my van, especially by Doug Dixon. He explained the problem in detail and what he had to do to alleviate it. The vehicle is running perfectly now.
