Very good service, poor location I've experienced very good service here and was impressed they even washed my vehicle. Their prices are better than other Toyota dealers in Edmonton. The only part I disliked is the dealership location. It's just too inconvenient as it is virtually out of town and there is no nearby transit to get to and from on a work day.

So nice to have the car washed after service! This is my second Highlander from this dealership and I've always been happy with the service, and especially happy with the many sales on service items (like replacement windshields). My latest service was last week and for the first time my car had been washed when I picked it up. That's such a nice touch (and I was used to it from a Weber Motors previously).
Awesome experience I don't see my salesmanship name. Rob gillis awesome job, friendly and made buying a car fun. 10 star experience I will be highly recommending him and gateway Toyota
Excellent Service Technical department is excellent and specially Bonnie gave me excellent advise about service. I get what I want and vehicle was serviced excellent. Service technician Mr S .Scott did the perfect service as per expectation.
An excellent experience. Courteous and patient people. Our brand new Venza was involved in an accident (other driver at fault) and our vehicle was written off. The dealership replaced our vehicle with the same make, model, colour and options in a very timely fashion. The finance department did everything to ensure that we did not pay any extra charges and it turned out that they had instituted their GEM program and we were able to take full advantage of this cost saving program. Courteous, patient and very understanding. The technical service department was fantastic. Bonnie made sure I got exactly what I wanted on the vehicle in a very timely fashion. She is friendly, courteous and goes well out of her way to ensure that my I left the dealership a very happy individual.

Oil change and free wash! All was as promised on time and at a great price. Plus, a wash was a welcome surprise. I was hoping for a wild night on the town, however. Troy smells wonderful.
Excellent Service Scott Marriott was a great, positive who recommended me to get better windshield wipers. He also kept me updated on my vehicle oil chage and nicely told me the car was ready.
