Oil change tire repair The staff are efficient and very friendly. They provide excellent advise and are very helpful when asked questions concerning the vehicle. They ensured that all proper checks and maintenance were done as needed while consulting me on what had to be done (excellent communicators with a very good knowledge base)

Happy customer Extremely smooth process of regular scheduled maintenance. Booked the service online and confirmed via e-mail with Diane C. Dropped off my vehicle at the pre-arranged time and was met by Troy. Reviewed the maintenance and recall item and it wasn't long before I was in a shuttle back to my office. Another Great Experience Troy never seizes to amaze me. My vehicle went in for a regular oil change and to my surprise, my right axel needed replacing. As a safety precaution, Troy called to let me know the hazards of not replacing it and well...needless to say, my vehicle is at 100% again. I trust Troy with every recommendation he gives me and he has never failed me. Troy is the reason why I recommend Gateway Toyota to all my friends and family.

Most excellent Gateway always provides me with the highest level of service from the service department, to sales, parts and finance. Truly one of the better dealerships out there. Recently I purchased a brand new 2016 Tacoma and they delivered, after a slight mix up to which they stepped up to the plate on to correct, the exact truck I wanted. I am thrilled with it and the experience!
Great friendly and quick service, easy to wait in the coffee lounge with free wifi and was given estimate of time to wait and it was quicker
trustworthy dealership I found the service advisor Troy was very professional, courteous, knowledgable & respectful when advising for suggested & necessary services to my Sienna. Is it upselling? Probably, but necessary to protect my investment for the long run, even though I am on the thrifty side.
