Great experience Outstanding experience in service. Never feel like I am being up sold to anything not needed. Always given the options that I have. Nice touch, every few times they wash my vehicle no charge. Feel like I matter as a customer
Impressed for a first timer This is my first time to go to this dealer and I was impressed. The service was quick, the advisor was prompt and courteous. I am definitely bringing my vehicle back to this dealer again for any future maintenance/repairs.

Always great!! I have been dealing with Troy since 2004 when I bought a new Toyota 4 runner. Troy has been awesome all these years. I would never go anywhere else for service due to him. Please do not tell him, his head will swell big time!! :) I feel I would be lost without him. I unfortunately bought my new 4 runner from another dealership and I will not make that mistake again! Thank you.

Great sales people I leased my car from Gateway Toyota a two years ago. I am from different province. I was in communications with this dealers finance department and salesperson Rohan. They are always friendly and they gave me some great deals on cars that I was considering. Highly recommended.

Prompt service, reasonable charges and excellent customer se I came to the agency one day and Troy answered all my questions. My Rav4 key was to be replaced. He gave me the price and booked an appointment. I was greeted very nicely by Mr Todd Pringle. He gave me the time anx the vehicle was ready to go.
Professional service I've brought in a 93 Toyota MR2 and my current 2008 RAV 4 for service at Gateway Toyota. Both times their staff have been very professional and polite. I'm impressed with the level of service Toyota dealerships and will continue to be loyal Toyota customer because of it.
