Switching from winter to summer tires Was at Gateway Toyota yesterday to have my winter tires removed and summer tires installed. Everything went smoothly, my tires had been removed from storage and were ready to be installed. Ruthi, the staff member with whom I worked, was efficient and very courteous. The service provided by Gateway Toyota is exemplary.
Smooth process - nice people Seamless new car purchase - I did the research and feel I got a fair deal - very nice people to deal with. Not too happy to discover they don't do service loaners here. I know I will find that very inconvenient All in all good experience.

Very Impressed I wondered if I would ever have anything good to say about a dealership, whether in new, used or service. I found it. Gateway Toyota makes us feel like we mean more than an open wallet. The greeting at the Service Bay, the polite techs, and the work is done on time. Been in several times for odds and ends, and I will continue. Its what makes us want to buy from this dealership as well. Great We just bought a brand new RAV4 in gateway Toyota. That's a really good car. And the service is very good! Michael is a very friendly and helpful. He is very patient and provides us some much information like the features of car, the details of GEM member, etc. Also the GEM member card is attractive!
Best but costly When I ,a woman, have my Camray into Gateway, I know the service, the way they fix it, the speed of doing the job, even the pick up van service, are all excellent. Way above average. But it is costly. Sometimes for small job, I look around for a local garage and compare prices. Dollars are hard to come by these days and especially for those of us on a fixed income, one must watch it (the outflow) carefully. So we do.
