always good and reliable I have been used the gateway Toyota for more than 5 years. I like their service and they are getting better. I will continue use them.
Service This is my first time to go to this dealer and I was impressed. The service was quick, the advisor was prompt and courteous. I am definitely bringing my vehicle back to this dealer again for any future maintenance/repairs.

Amazing service and shuttle! I love how much communication there was. Ruthi was incredibly kind and efficient! Great communication and clear option given. Also the shuttle service was amazing, both pickup and drop off, It was pretty pricy for my repair though not going to lie, diagnostic labor + repair labor cost me $390, service parts cost me $30 in total (Battery clam and spark plugs).

Valued Our first experience was exceptional, our 2012 Toyota (purchased at another Toyota dealership) needed received minor parts while we were in Edmonton and was washed, which took about a hour. It was treated like warranty. When we needed a new car, the salesman was thoughtful, informative and drove an hour to pick up so we could take possession of our "new" 2014 Corolla. Thorough, efficient service. I have regularly used this dealership to service my 2003 Toyota Corolla. Today it was regular maintenance (oil, filter, etc.) and Spring Inspection, and check on the engine light. The service rep always gives a good estimate of price, but is very careful to check with me on any work that comes up during the inspection. i appreciate that guidance is given about what job(s) can be deferred for a while. Average like most Fine dealership. The customer service agent was friendly. Pricing is high, but after visiting multiple Toyota dealerships in Edmonton they all seem to be taking their financial cues from each other. This dealership was more accommodating than Toyota on the Trail as far as booking my vehicle for service however; I was able to secure an "appointment" on short notice. six month checkup and tire change Very efficient, work done much more quickly than anticipated. First time I actually went through Bonnie, but have known her trough previous service centre visits.
