2 Thumbs Up! I was very impressed by their customer service. Everyone was very friendly but the coffee shop lady. I did not want to buy an espresso because she seemed like she was in a bad mood while counting her tips.
I like Gateway Toyota! Gateway Toyota always does excellent work in my experience with them. They are true professionals and do a truly professional job! When they give a time when your vehicle will be fixed, they are usually done earlier. And their shuttle drivers are also excellent. Their customer service is way up there too!

Recall sevice I had experienced issues with the rear suspension on my vehicle and had both leaf springs replaced. After receiving a possible recall notice I went back to the dealership and they started a case file for me, within 2 business days I had a cheque issued to me for reimbursement. Awesome service thank you.

2016 4Runner Trail Edition Before delivery of the 4Runner we decided to add a levelling kit to allow room for larger wheels and tires. After delivery and driving 80km home and several off road test drives to test out the capability of the Trail Edition, the vehicle sat in the garage until the morning commute to work. Great! Had the vehicle we wanted but had an option of a different colour at another dealership. Our salesman offers to deliver as we live over an hour away.
