Troy Vinthers was very professional and helpful . I have brought my 2009 Matrix to Gateway Toyota for a regular oil change and filter service. And ....have received 29 points inspection. Furthermore - pad squealers were installed on front pads to remove "clanking" noise when breaking. Prompt courteous service by all staff I encountered A courtesy ride was provided immediately to take me home & return me to the dealership when service was complete. I had a new windshield installed at huge savings after I received a promotional email. The dealership suggested I have a recall attended to while my car was in the shop. Great idea.
8,000 km check up I was very pleased with the way I was treated by Veronica the service adviser I dealt with. She was very thorough in explaining what was going to be done & kept me informed when my vehicle would be ready. The wash job was much appreciated!
