Accommodating, Great Service Last minute appointment with emergency tire change due to puncture . they were great and promise me a time of completion which they did punctually, I thank Ruthi Sherman for a great job.
Prompt and Exact Service Kendra who assisted me today was thorough and explained any recommendations effectively when she communicated. She kept me posted on any suggested additional service beyond those that were originally scheduled and the reasoning behind the recommendations. . The work was also done promptly.
What a Great Service The service I received on April 30, 2016 was exceptional, Specially RUTHI SHERMAN who took care of me, Ruthie was very accommodating, and she has a great personality and ADAM REYMON, who is very prompt, and very nice person, they are the kind of people that every company needs. From scale 1 to 10, I will rate give you an overall rate of 10. Keep up the good work guys!!! Definitely I will recommend Gateway Toyota to anyone who is planning to buy a vehicle.

Very good support by Jesse Nebo, the service advisor. I own a Toyota Rav4 car and I for regular maintenance and service, I take it to Gateway Toyota, Edmonton South. I went for my regular six-monthly service on April 25, 2016 where I was attended by Jesse Nebo, the service advisor. He gave me excellent service and advice, and took great care of my needs. The follow up and correction of my concerns was excellent. Due to a less than good review I posted after routine service at this dealership I was contacted personally and all issues resolved. Doris Blanchard worked with me to fix my service issue and to prevent it from happening again to me or to someone else. Although initially I posted an unfavorable review this dealership proved that it will go out of their way to look at problems and issues and find a fix for them.
