Helpful and pleasant Todd was great to deal with. He was polite, helpful and called when he promised. My car was ready earlier than ever and it was washed (car wash has always been broken in the past).
Regular service and concern about tire noise I regularly dear with Troy for service and concerns. I explained my concerns about what I thought may be abnormal road noises. He immediately brought out the service tech that would be working on the car and had me explain my concerns. Within a short time Troy met with me and explained that after a road test the only reason for the noise could be that the tires are down close to replacement. Excellent service I brought in my SUV and it was drive through service. which was a surprise for me. Staff was excellent and paper work was done within 10 min. My shuttle was ready in 5 min. Car was done in 3hrs. So... my experience was amazing..
