Top knotch service!! Dropped my vehicle of in the early am, got a call from Troy within the hour with an update of some things needing attention asap wheel alignment, wiper blades,battery service, gave the OK ,service done promptly , got a bit of a discount,( yaaaaaa) noticeable difference in the handling of the vehicle when I drove it of the lot; Thanks to all for the great service;

leaf springs broke on Tacoma Although the leaf springs were not officially part of the recall for the Tacoma, Todd in the service department submitted the request and followed up to make sure the springs were replaced. That's great service!

Excellent Service guarantees a return visit Dropped off my Toyota Camry at Gateway for a summer service and detailing (clean-up). I traveled 45 minutes to be at gateway even though there a Toyota dealers nearer to where I live. Always above and beyond I have always been impressed with the service and consideration I get with this dealership. I have an older RAV 4, that has a bit of work needed to get it up to speed as I drive it a lot as we all tend to do. I can only afford so much at one time, they always work with me on what is urgent and work with my budget, never pushy. Honest and knowlegeable I know Troy for 8 years for his honesty and technical knowledge. He is a polite, helpful and straight to the point advisor. The technicians in the Gateway toyota doing good jobs of repairing my 2 Toyota cars. The price is reasonable for dealership service. All of those are reasons why I still using Gateway.
I'm always taken care of! We own 2 Toyotas and have had to bring them in a few times recently due to wear and tear issues. Everyone in the service department has always been extremely helpful. Especially Bonnie and Todd. I know I can go to either one of them and trust that they will make sure my vehicles are serviced in a timely manner. And they never make me feel dumb for asking as many questions as I do about our vehicles.
Great service and good place to wait Troy was my service advisor and was helpful throughout the process. It was a simple oil change so I decided to wait it out - they had complimentary coffee, two available Internet workstations that were pretty fast, and a great atmosphere to relax. At the end, they even gave me a free car wash for my Rav4.
